Triana spent her active cheer career at the Top Gun All Stars from 2003-2010. There she cheered on all levels both all girl & coed as well as danced on the jazz and hip hop teams. Once she began her professional career as a coach and choreographer, she found her calling and has been coaching ever since. Triana has worked with athletes and coaches from countries such as Costa Rica, Canada, USA, Singapore, UK, and coaching the national coed team from Sweden. Having learned from the best in the industry and combining different techniques from around the world her coaching style is unlike any other. A beautiful mixture of technical & creative.

From the CCA courses I have learned a whole another side of coaching that I never knew I needed. Everything from how your body reacts through a fullout, to how food affects your performance. These courses have made me look at cheerleading in a much more effective and impactful way. Planning practices with intent. My growth mentally as a coach as well as physically has been tremendous.
I offer camps and clinics for Stunts, Tumbling, Jumps, and Coaches Educations. Choreography for full routines and sections are also a service I love to offer and have a great deal of passion for. Spotting clinics for coaches and virtual training. In person coaching and training available for anywhere in the world. I am a full time choreographer and instructor so my availability is also not limited.
